The use of microorganisms as a possible alternative to the use of synthetic plant protection products today is an important factor in the agricultural sector development. Numerous species of fungi and bacteria have been proposed as a valid alternative to the use of synthetic chemical pesticides in agriculture and, at the same time, thanks to their intrinsic ability to adapt to the most varied environmental conditions, they can be excellent decontaminants of soils and water polluted with toxic substances. In this work, through the development of a technological process capable of enhancing the waste of agri-food productions, we intend to intervene in a bioremediation action of the soil and a reduction of agrochemicals in the agricultural sector.
